Consumers, who successfully complete the course, receive a certificate that they may take to any of the participating financial institutions and an account is opened under agreed-upon conditions. Participating Financial Institutions include: Capital Credit Union, Citizen�s First Credit Union, Community First Credit Union, BMO Harris, and UW Credit Union. This year’s show, “Who Killed Jim Smasal” is a twist on last year’s sold out show with a little singing, a little more drama and a healthy dose of humor. The play, written and directed again by Steve Volkert, will star locals like Julie Quinn of the Omro Herald, Steve Kwiatkowski of Kwiatkowski Funeral Home, John Horan of Horan’s on Main, John Steen of the Fox River Runners, Joe Schilling of Schilling Plastering, Ken Bressers of the Omro Healthmart Pharmacy, Jim Smasal-Winneconne HS Principal, Andy Bieser- Bieser Reality Winneconne, Peg Larson- Winneconne School Admin., Gloria Schubert -Oshkosh, Veronica Becker- Westfield HS Student, Randy Thielke- Winneconne and Leah Beuer Omro HS student. Last year, this event helped raise over $6000 for BTF with every cent going to help local families facing cancer. Come be a part of this enjoyable evening of mystery, music and laughs at “Who Killed Jim Smasal” playing two nights, March 2nd and 3rd at the Fin‘n Feather in Winneconne.

2:00 pm - 9:00 pm Sacred Heart School Gym, 505 Knapp St, Oshksoh, WI 54902 Alex Klawitter Benefit Alex Klawitter is a young 16 year old who has been diagnosed with lymphoma cancer. Just days before Christmas, Alex�s test results revealed that cancer is in his kidneys, liver and bone marrow. Taking this challenge head on, Alex began treatments right away at the Milwaukee Children�s Hospital. We are asking for your help by visiting Alex�s fundraiser on Sat. March 3 at Sacred Heart School Gym (505 Knapp St) in Oshkosh. There will be a DJ, silent auction, raffle, crazy ladies� 50-50, cake walk, cuts for a cause, and a bake sale. There will also be a spaghetti dinner from 4-7p.m.(tickets $10) and a dance to follow! Feel free to join us anytime from 2- 9p.m. If you are unable to come, but would like to show your support, donations are appreciated. Registration begins at 9 a.m. The Littlest Tumor Foundation is a nonprofit organization, based out of Appleton, Wis., dedicated to finding a preventative therapy and treatment for tumor growth in children and providing wellness scholarships to families dealing with Neurofibromatosis (NF).
